Kalamata PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in carefully tended olive groves of the region of Kalamata Greece, which are cultivated with the famous local olive tree variety "Koroneiki". The olive oil derives from cold pressing of excellent quality olives, has low acidity (max 0.5%) and stands out for its peppery and spicy taste.
A Source of many nutrients, olive oil is a basic ingredient of the Mediterranean Diet.
